Chambers Moore Limited is a company built by experienced professionals, each from a different field of the financial sector. We formed the company with the foresight of having all aspects of financial management, from debt problems and mortgage issues to insurance services, under the one roof. This enables a suitable solution to be found for almost every individual circumstance rather than making the clients needs fit what other companies can offer.

As an example, debt management may suit many cases but it might not be the best or only solution available. For those with a high level of outstanding debt an IVA (or a Trust Deed if you live in Scotland) may be a better solution.

For those who have more debt than equity in their property it would be possible for us to re-mortgage your property (even with a poor credit history) and then possibly negotiate a full and final solution with your creditors to clear all of your debt. A much better solution than being advised to re-mortgage and pay off some of the debt and then having to re-mortgage again in 5 or 6 years to pay off the rest.

We believe every individual has the right to know all available options, after all, isn't it right that you should feel comfortable with your financial decision and not pressured. We find this approach acceptable to all our clients, especially since the majority have already had enough of a rough ride from their creditors.
